Pinetop-Lakeside celebrates 25 years of Native American arts with the 25th Annual Native American Art Festival


Pinetop-Lakeside will be celebrating its 25th Annual Native American Art Festival this weekend from June 16 through 17.

The weekend’s festivities kick off on Friday evening at 6 p.m. at the Hon-Dah Resort Casino. The event will be housed at Blue Ridge High School at 1200 W. Mountain Blvd. on Saturday and Sunday.

More than 50 of the Southwest’s top Native American artists will be vendors. Attendees will be able to purchase authentic Native American works, including handmade jewelry and paintings.

Tickets can be purchased in advance for $4. The event will run 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.

Outside of the event, Pinetop-Lakeside offers plenty of great outdoor activities for visitors such as recreational hiking, wildlife watching, biking, horseback riding and more.
