How did you start modeling?

I have always wanted to be that girl in the magazines; I wanted to feel beautiful. I entered a contest two years ago that started it all. Now I’m here, and I love every moment of it.

What type of modeling do you like the most and why?

I love all aspects of modeling, but the thing that gets me most excited is when I get to portray different characters and feelings. It’s fun to see yourself in different lights.

What is your favorite shoot you’ve done and why?

I have two — one is for the jewelry line GIGIchic, and my other favorite would be a swimsuit campaign, “Fall from Summer.” These two are my favorite because there were so many wonderful people involved, and I’m very proud of the outcome.

Do you have an all-time favorite modeling photo?

This photo is my favorite because it’s a look I’ve never done before. It’s so different from the way I see myself on a day-to-day basis.

What advice would you give to someone interested in modeling?

If this is what you want to do, do it. If it’s what makes you happy, modeling or any other job or hobby, don’t let it go. People often never find that one thing that they love doing the most. But the ones that do, shouldn’t let anything get in the way. Be yourself! Never lose the person you are, or want to become.
