The Phoenix office of CBRE promoted Bryce Terveen to the position of first vice president.
Terveen, who joined CBRE in 2005, is part of a six-member commercial real estate team focusing on the Valley’s office market. His specialty is tenant representation, which includes developing and implementing effective real estate strategies that support his clients’ business objectives.
Among his personal achievements, Terveen serves as the president of the Associate Broker Office Network, an international group within CBRE that is comprised of young professionals dedicated to advancing the company platform and enhancing new and existing relationships.
Terveen is also the chairman of the men’s council of Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, is a member of NAIOP and is active within the community and his church.
Terveen received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pacific in Stockton, Calif. After college, he enjoyed a successful 6-year career as a professional baseball player, catching for the Atlanta Braves and Seattle Mariners. Terveen now resides in Scottsdale.
