Cassidy Turley Arizona completed a 105,000 SF lease at the Lone Butte Industrial/MTD facility, 6725 W. Allison Rd. in Chandler.
Sound Packaging signed a 10-year lease, with an option to purchase, for the warehouse/distribution building located on ±8 acres just south of the Loop 202 and east of I-10.
Built in 1970, the building warehouse space with 10 dock high doors and one grade level door with ramp has a 3,000 SF office and a fully fenced yard. James Harper and Pete Klees with Cassidy Turley’s Industrial Group represented the landlord, MTD during the lease transaction. Paul Sieckowski with Colliers represented the tenant.
Headquartered in Valley City, Ohio, MTD is a worldwide leader of outdoor power equipment with facilities in Europe, North America, Asia, Australia and South America. The company closed its Chandler manufacturing facility in 2011.
Sound Packaging is Arizona’s largest independent corrugated manufacturer. The family owned and operated business designs and manufactures standard or custom corrugated boxes and point-of-purchase displays for companies.
In another deal, Cassidy Turley completed a 3,552 SF ground lease for MRG Marketing & Management at Gateway Crossing at the SWC of McDowell Rd. and 99th Ave. in Avondale.
MRG plans to open its fourth Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers. Mark Bramlett with Cassidy Turley’s Retail Group represented MRG during the lease transaction with the landlord Velocity Retail Group. The Avondale restaurant will open Fall 2013.
Southwest franchise partners for Raising Cane’s, MRG has opened three Raising Cane’s restaurants in Metro Phoenix since 2011.
