Commercial Properties Incorporated (CPI) announces the sale of 10 acres of land in Maricopa to Expected End Ministries, a Maricopa-based non-profit 501(c)(3) prison ministry.

The group will develop the land at 16540 N. Porter Rd. as the future international headquarters for its global outreach programs.

CPI’s Trent Rustan and Josh Gosnell represented KDJJ Industries, the seller of the 10-acre site.

“I am pleased to have been able to help put this transaction together,” Rustan said. “Katie Souza, president of Expected End Ministries, and her team have a very compelling story to tell and very ambitious plans for the property. This is a very exciting day for them and for the City of Maricopa.”

The sale was valued at $943,000.
