>> Center for Athletic Performance and Physical Therapy LLC, represented by Michael Franks, leased 3,226 SF at Arrowhead Industrial Park, 21465 N. 78th Ave. in Peoria.

>> Justin Horwitz represented the tenant, Clinical Holdings Company of Arizona dba Ideal Physical Therapy, to lease 2,669 SF at 4360 E. Brown Rd. in Mesa.
