Canyon Building & Design (CBD) is building offices and a warehouse in Chandler, recently breaking ground on its upcoming facility.
Canyon Building & Design will construct the state-of-the-art 10,000-square-foot office and warehouse situated on 3 acres.
“When looking for a permanent location in the Valley, Chandler made sense for a variety of reasons. Among several are, a strong economic outlook, easy access to valley freeways and a shortened commute to our Corporate Office in Tucson. We are very excited for our future location and look forward to being a part of the Chandler community for many years to come.” said David Gerovac, owner of Canyon Building and Design.
This project is a design-build partnership between CBD and Carhuff-Cueva Architects with completion scheduled for October 2018.
