Advice: “Support, don’t compete with, other women. Surround yourself with the smartest people you can find — men and women. You will not only get the job done, but you’ll learn a ton along the way. And communicate with confidence: don’t apologize for speaking the truth or for having a different perspective.”
Surprising fact: “My husband and I spend a great deal of our time mentoring Valley homeless children through NPFY.org and find it to be unbelievably rewarding.”
