Brooklyn Bedding
The project: Brooklyn Bedding is building a state-of-the art manufacturing facility and corporate headquarters in Glendale. The 648,165-square-foot building will be located on 42.8 acres at the crossroads of West Bethany Home and 52nd Avenue.

The project: Recognizing the growing demands of Phoenix’s supply chain infrastructure, LPC Desert West bought nearly 20 acres in the I-10 corridor for Buckeye85.
