Goodyear 10 & 303 LLC acquired 138.96 acres of land in Goodyear for $16,500,000, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda. The seller was Roles Inn of America.

The seller brokers were John Finnegan and Ramey Peru of Colliers International.

The sale price breaks down to $118,739.21 per acre. The land is located at the southeast corner of southeast corner of North Citrus Road and I-10 in Goodyear. Vizzda reported that the buyers intend to use the land for the Innovation Centre project, a master planned employment hub with office, commercial, retail, light-industrial and entertainment uses. 

The master plan for the Innovation Centre is divided into three separate districts, including a commerce park district, a commercial/retail and entertainment district, and an office/employment district. 

Goodyear has become a hotbed for growth in the past several years.

Data shows that by several accounts, 2020 has somehow been a year of growth in several markets. S&P 500 hit a historic high in September, eCommerce sales jumped by nearly a third, home sales are on track to exceed the previous year’s numbers, and lots of people moved to Goodyear and Buckeye in the West Valley.
