Three acres of land in Scottsdale sold for $3,550,000, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda.

The land is located at the southeast corner of Loop 101 and Bell Road in Scottsdale.

The land is zoned C-2, which means it is intended for retail commercial uses.

The sale price breaks down to $1,099,071.21 per acre, or $25.26 per land square foot.

The seller was Neil Superfon and the buyer was Dr. Bryan Gawley, who is one of the premiere plastic surgeons in the Scottsdale and Phoenix area.
