Montezuma Heights Investors, LLC announced the groundbreaking of the new $41 million, 144-unit multi-family development, Montezuma Heights. The event is scheduled to be held on July 13th at 8 A.M.

This new trail extension is being designed by the City of Prescott and a drawing showing the trail will be revealed at the Montezuma Heights groundbreaking.
