The land closing is announced alongside robust sales velocity for the community, with 66% of its first phase reserved since announcing the development in October 2024. Located within DMB’s One Scottsdale master plan and directly adjacent to Belgravia Group’s sold-out development, Portico, Atavia offers two, three and four bedroom residences priced from the $800’s to $1.8 million.
