The 59-plus acres are located in Glendale, adjacent to the Camelback Ranch Spring Training complex where the Chicago White Sox and Los Angeles Dodgers hold their spring training practice. The property was purchased for the development of 123 – 45’ x 130’ lots, 65 – 55 x 130’ lots and 11 – 20,000 square foot lots, for 199 lots in total.
