Meritage Homes spends millions in two major land deals

Meritage Homes buys 145 lots in Marbella Ranch for $4.3M

The Land Agency, Howard Weinstein and Patty Lafferty announced today that Meritage Homes purchased 145 final platted within Marbella Ranch, Parcel 3.

The buyer was Meritage Homes. The purchase price was $4,317,600. This transaction represents Meritage’s third closing within Marbella Ranch. Marbella Ranch is located at the northwest corner of Dysart Avenue and Glendale Avenue in Maricopa County, Arizona. The masterplan community is conveniently located one mile from Luke Airforce Base and six miles from the University of Phoenix Stadium and Westgate Entertainment District.

The Land Agency is a land brokerage firm, which exclusively represents the largest homebuilders, developers, investors, landowners, farmers and lenders within the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Meritage Homes purchases 37.48 Acres from Banning Holdings

Land Advisors Organization Scottsdale team of Ryan Semro, Ben Heglie, and Bret Rinehart represented the Buyer, Meritage Homes – Scottsdale in the transaction of 37.48 acres from Banning Holdings LLLP for $3,048,522 on July 8th, 2019. 

The 37.48 acres are located at 67th Ave and Broadway Road in Phoenix, AZ and planned for 120 lots with average size of 45’ x 115’.
