CBRE announced the execution of a 28,828-square-foot lease at 2375 E. Camelback Rd. in Phoenix. Chicago-based RSM US, a leading U.S. provider of audit, tax and consulting services, will occupy the space at 24th at Camelback I beginning in 2018. 

Bryan Taute and Tim Watters with CBRE’s Phoenix office represented the landlord, Hines, an international real estate investment, development and management firm. Rick Schuham and Tom Johnston with Savills Studley represented the tenant in the transaction.

“24th at Camelback I is located along Phoenix’s prestigious Camelback Corridor and offers tenants exceptional visibility, building design and access to nearby amenities, which ultimately helped attract RSM to this high-profile location,” said CBRE’s Taute.

Built in 2000, 24th at Camelback I is an eight-story, Class A office building totaling 302,209 square feet. The LEED Platinum-certified building is currently owned and managed by Hines. On-site amenities include a fitness center, conference center and Scramble, a breakfast and lunch eatery.
