WirelessPCS, LLC has leased 2,200 square feet of retail space at 1841 and 1845 S. Craycroft Road from Ashraf Shiha. The tenant was self-represented. Michael Laatsch with CBRE’s Tucson office represented the landlord.
Oasis Foods, LLC has signed a 3,300 square-foot lease of a yet-to-be-built retail space at Wilmot Plaza. The local company will open a Costa Vida–Fresh Mexican Grill franchise at the northeast corner of Broadway Boulevard and Wilmot Road. The landlord, BP Wilmot Plaza, LLC, was self-represented.
