LEASES

WirelessPCS, LLC has leased 2,200 square feet of retail space at 1841 and 1845 S. Craycroft Road from Ashraf Shiha. The tenant was self-represented. Michael Laatsch with CBRE’s Tucson office represented the landlord.

Oasis Foods, LLC has signed a 3,300 square-foot lease of a yet-to-be-built retail space at Wilmot Plaza. The local company will open a Costa Vida–Fresh Mexican Grill franchise at the northeast corner of Broadway Boulevard and Wilmot Road. The landlord, BP Wilmot Plaza, LLC, was self-represented. The tenant was represented by Michael Laatsch and Nancy McClure with CBRE.

Creative Networks, LLC has leased 3,000 square feet of office space at 2570 S 4th Avenue from Madera Associates Group, LLC. The landlord was represented by Melissa Lal and Andy Seleznov with Larsen Baker. The tenant was represented by Jeff Casper with CBRE.

Amity Foundation has leased 5,663 square feet of office space at 721 N 4th Avenue from Barrio Holdings, LLC. The tenant was represented by Bob Benedon with Centra Realty, LLC. Buzz Isaacson and Jeff Casper of CBRE’s Tucson office represented the landlord.

Haiku Learning Systems has leased 3,848 square feet of office space at 721 N 4th Avenue from Barrio Holdings, LLC. The tenant was self-represented. Buzz Isaacson and Jeff Casper of CBRE’s Tucson office represented the landlord.

Orion Trading Corp has leased 8,370 square feet of warehouse space at 3951 E. Michigan Suite 168 from Copper Pointe Business Park. Gordon Wagner of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the tenant. The landlord was represented by Tim Healy and Bob DeLaney, also with CBRE’s Tucson office.
