Colliers in Arizona has negotiated $15+ million in real estate transactions for Arizona-based Goettl Corp., a well-known, 80-year-old Phoenix-based company, in the air conditioning and plumbing business – with operations in Arizona, Texas, California and Nevada.  The company purchased an office building to serve as its new corporate headquarters and an office/warehouse building in Tucson, as well as sold a commercial  land parcel in Scottsdale.

“These were very strategic transactions for the company,” says Greg Hopley, executive vice president with Colliers in Arizona.  “Goettl purchased land in Scottsdale several years ago with intent to build a new corporate headquarters.  An opportunity arose for purchase of an ideal, existing building.  We pivoted and helped the company sell the land at a profit while acquiring a terrific existent headquarters.  Additionally, we helped Goettl buy a Southern Arizona headquarters building in Tucson to assist in its continued expansion,”  said Hopley.
