The City of Surprise in Arizona is breaking ground on another commercial real estate development called Auviana. Owner Rick Richmond and a team of contractors will be present at the groundbreaking ceremony Wednesday, October 16th at 3:00 pm.  Dr. Jason Mussman with Regency Plastic Surgery will be developing the medical professional offices at 14753 W. Mountain View Blvd., in Surprise, AZ.

The principal architect, Dane Astle with Edifice stated, “The Auviana project is an exceptional medical office building intended to stand out with a unique vision.” Astle who has been the principal architect in other projects for FWD Partners, LLC. is developing another stunning building design for the project.  “With the use of high-quality materials that are designed to withstand the test of time, the building will remain the beacon within the community for many years to come,” said Astle.   Dr. Jason Mussman with Regency Plastic Surgery has a personal story behind this development.  His daughter, Auviana was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 3 years old.  It has been his mission to continue this fight with his daughter so there is much more meaning that will be addressed at the ceremony.  

The medial professional offices are being represented by Colliers International.  Lead broker, Philip Wurth, and his team, Bonnie Halley, Brian Gleason, and Melissa Marks will be handling the sales and lease listing for this expansion location.  The ±52,000 SF project will offer a state-of-the-art illuminated LED-monument sign that provides high visibility and allows tenants to be displayed from the street.  “Auviana will meet the pent up demand for quality medical and office space in the growing trade area,” stated Philip Wurth.  “This development team has built over 2M SF of office space in Metropolitan Phoenix, they produce a best-in-class product that will be well-received by the community” 

The City of Surprise elected officials including Mayor Skip Hall, Vice Mayor Roland Winters, council members, the Police Chief Terry Young, and the team from the Economic Development department will all be on site for the groundbreaking ceremony along with several dozen guests.
