Daum Commercial Real Estate Services of Phoenix has named Carl Johnson an executive vice president.
A 35-year veteran in the commercial real estate industry, Johnson is a highly accomplished industrial investment professional with an extensive background in industrial land, building sales and leasing.
He has been with Daum for 19 years where he most recently served as vice president. Johnson also spent 15 years as president and owner of Johnson Commercial Properties.
Johnson has twice been named the top producing broker nationally for Daum and has ranked top producing broker for Daum Phoenix for nine years.
“Carl is an outstanding, top performing professional and a tremendous asset for the Daum Phoenix office,” said Steve McKendry, executive vice president/principal of Daum Phoenix. “In his new role, he will assist in the operational leadership and capturing growth opportunities for the firm.”
During his career, Johnson has represented more than 10 million square feet of building sales and leases, totaling more than a quarter of a billion dollars.
He is the founder and first president of Arizona Commercial Broker Association and is a past president of the Southwest Chapter of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
Johnson is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a bachelor of science degree in business administration and holds an MBA from Arizona State University.
He is a resident of Chandler.
