Cushman & Wakefield’s Larry Downey, Adam Madison and Taylor Hick represented the tenant in the transaction. CBRE’s Bryan Taute and Will Mask represented the owner.

“Monogram Health is a fast-growing innovator in the healthcare space and their Tempe operations hub is a significant strategic asset for the company,” said Larry Downey, Vice Chair, Tenant Advisory Services at Cushman & Wakefield. “The company was previously subleasing the space but has now secured the space on a direct basis with the landlord for five more years, reconfirming its commitment of having a robust office presence while retaining its critical operations hub in the Tempe area.”

Monogram Health employs 185 individuals across Arizona, with 105 employees based in the Tempe site. Their Tempe location houses teams in management, clinical operations, patient support services, and provider relations. The operations hub provides coverage for the western U.S. and access to key talent in the healthcare-rich Phoenix/Tempe metro area. Monogram Health has seen exponential growth since its inception in 2019. The company was recently recognized as the third fastest growing, privately owned company in the nation on Inc. Magazine’s prestigious Inc. 5000 list. Monogram Health also ranked No. 2 overall in health care services and as the No. 1 fastest growing company in Tennessee, the health care services innovation hub of the U.S.

“Establishing an operations hub in Tempe was an important and strategic decision for our company four years ago,” said Casey McKeon, Chief Operating Officer at Monogram. “Tempe’s health care as well as call center talent, especially in an area of diverse and multilingual professionals, has allowed us to build a strong call center and operations hub to support the care we deliver to patients across the country.”

Monogram Health’s Tempe space is situated in a prominent mixed-use project consisting of office, retail and residential space. The location is positioned on the south shore of Tempe Town Lake in Downtown Tempe, providing freeway access via Loop 202 and 101, and an abundance of other amenities within walking distance.
