Aviva, the East Valley’s newest luxury apartment community recently completed the first phase of their two-phase project. To commemorate, the community will host an open-house event this Saturday, April 14th, for residents and invited guests. Phase II of Aviva is currently slated for an overall completion date of June 2018.
