RED Development is bringing the final phase of CityScape into focus as it begins construction on 224 residential apartments atop the newly opened Hotel Palomar — The Residences at CityScape.
The project marks completion of the $500M mixed-use destination after seven years of development.
Earlier this year, RED began construction on the 14-story apartment tower that includes studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den floor plans. There will be 23 penthouse units that grace the top floors.
Residents will have 24-hour access to the services of Hotel Palomar, including housekeeping, in-room dining by Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails, concierge, valet parking, business center and laundry services.
The design of the residences will enhance the existing architectural palate and will provide a contemporary urban experience. Each residence will have a view of Downtown Phoenix overlooking the city skyline and the mountains beyond.
Phoenix-based Alliance Residential Company is working with RED Development on the design and construction aspects of the residential development; upon completion, Alliance will lease and manage the 224 residential apartments.
Hunt Construction is the general contractor and SmithGroup is the architect. Subcontractors include Jen Electric, Suntec Concrete, Maloney Plumbing and Walters and Wolf.
