Tenant improvements for software developer Tiempo Development’s International Headquarters were completed by Sun State Builders in the Papago Reserve Building in Tempe.
The new 3,245 square-foot offices have a modern design, featuring bold colors, a high-speed Cat 6 IT infrastructure and a nine-foot window wall system throughout the offices, bringing in natural light to the space.
The project was a design-build partnership between Sun State Builders, Chamberlain Enterprises, Tiempo Development, and Winton Architects.
