Sundt Construction, Inc. recently hired Tracy Kerns as operations manager for its Federal operations. In his role, Kerns is responsible for construction oversight and operations of Sundt’s federal portfolio, which includes a wide range of facilities and projects for federal government agencies.
With more than 16 years of experience in the construction industry, Kerns has an extensive record of both private and public sector experience. For the past four years, he served as a Western region operations manager for a well-known national contractor, overseeing multiple offices and projects across the region.
“Tracy’s background as a builder and his experience managing operations across a wide geographic area make him a great fit for Sundt,” said Thomas Mertz, Sundt’s Federal group manager and senior vice president. “Tracy has forged great relationships with many of our core clients through his years of hard work and experience.”
