Van Tuyl Group buys 45 acres of land in Goodyear for $12.1M

Van Tuyl Group (Berkshire Hathaway Automotive) bought 44.86 acres of land in Goodyear for $12,085,000, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda.

The land is located at the southwest corner of Estrella Parkway and Yuma Road in Goodyear.

The seller was SunChase Holdings.

Matt Rinzler, Jeremy Lovejoy, and Brian Stillman of Insight Land & Investments represented the buyer. Bret Rinehart, Wes Campbell, and Greg Vogel of Land Advisors represented the seller.
