AME Landscape Cos. announced today that Eric Garduno has been promoted to Director of Field Operations, assuming oversight of all field staff and client properties. He previously served as senior account executive for more than four years with three years as a project manager. Garduno, who has been with the family-owned company since 2006 will begin these responsibilities immediately, in response to significant growth that the leading landscape company has experienced over the past several years.
Garduno will be responsible for securing resources and staff, inspecting properties and monitoring all landscape related systems. In addition, he will maintain and prioritize schedules, use resources knowledgeably and conduct quality checks, to ensure the projects are maintained to their fullest potential, as well as providing the appropriate immediate responses necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Michael Garduno Sr. made the announcement saying, “As our company has grown, we needed to ensure our clients received the reporting and assessments of their properties and Eric’s experience with the daily operations for more than nine years prepares him well for this.”
Garduno’s education includes a bachelor’s degree in Business Communications from Arizona State University, Certified Arborist, Arizona Certified Landscape Professional & Sustainable Landscape Management through ALCA, along with being Licensed to Chemically treat pests, weeds, turf grasses, and ornamental plants.
