Scottsdale-based dental group, Dental Marketing & Management Group (DMMG), picked Phoenix-based Iconic Design Studio to handle design services for the tenant improvement project of the group’s corporate headquarters.
Iconic Design Studio will lead interior design services, including custom graphics and architectural features, along with conceptual exterior design and logo and branding services for the tenant improvement project.
The 13,500-square foot facility will also house two dental offices, Arcadia Pediatric Dental and Arcadia Orthodontics, along with the DMMG headquarters. The facility will be located near Thomas Road and 56th Street in Scottsdale.
Once complete, the facility will offer a comfortable and professional environment, geared towards the kids, with additions like a jungle gym, said Kelli Berry, IDS principal.
There will also be 6-foot toothbrushes at the check-out areas and over the reception desks. Completion of the estimated $5 million project is fall of this year.
Camwest Group, a development/construction company with an emphasis on dental and medical offices, is the general contractor. Other firms working on the project include Fulton Architects, AWE Corporate Interiors and LisaMacStudio.
