Proper site selection is vitally important for any development’s success. Land Advisors Organization is hosting a forum, on Wednesday, Dec. 7 that will analyze the past, present and future of land transactions and the data behind these land deals.

The program will feature industry experts such as John Burns, CEO of John Burns Real Estate Consulting; Elliott Pollack, CEO of Elliott D. Pollack & Company; Michael Orr, founder of The Cromford Report; Erik Heuser, executive vice president and CSO at Taylor Morrison; and Land Advisors Organization’s CEO Greg Vogel. The event will be emceed by former news anchor and CEO of Inspired Media 360, Carey Peña.

Land Advisors Organization is holding the event at the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa, and registration for the Dec. 7 event starts at 2:30 p.m., and begins at 3 p.m., followed by a 5 p.m. networking reception.

Registration can be done online, and the event costs $100 per person.

Since its founding, Land Advisors Organization has been collecting and analyzing data related to job growth, population growth, Arizona’s economy, single and multifamily permits, finished lot inventory, current trends and more to make intelligence-based land transactions.

The upcoming forum plans to share specifics on the past, present and future of these transactions and the data that led to them.

All net proceeds from the event will go towards New Pathways for Youth, a youth program that hopes to empower kids to fulfill potential through mentoring and life skill development, and ASU Real Estate Programs.
