DPC Companies recently broke ground on Chandler Innovation Park, a three-building industrial park that will offer approximately 327,776 square feet of premier industrial space. The 21-acre site at the northeast corner of Arizona Avenue and Ryan Road is in the heart of the Airpark Area, Chandler’s fastest growing employment corridor.
Designed to accommodate a wide range of industrial users, the Chandler Innovation Park’s three Class A buildings will range from 39,000 square feet to 190,000 square feet, with flexible layouts for tenants from 20,000 square feet to full-building users. The park features 28’ to 32’ clear heights, multiple grade-level and dock-high doors, and fully fenced and secured truck courts—perfectly positioned to meet the demands of manufacturing, logistics, and light industrial tenants.
“Chandler Innovation Park represents DPC Companies’ commitment to delivering modern, flexible industrial space that fuels regional growth,” said Tony Kill, Vice President of Development at DPC Companies. “Chandler has proven to be a dynamic, business-friendly environment, and we are excited to contribute to its next chapter of innovation and economic development.”
