The $25M courthouse will sit on a 2.3-acre lot with secure detention areas, administrative offices and courtroom spaces. Among the sustainable features are photovoltaic panels and a living wall. The courthouse is named after U.S. District Judge John Roll, one of six people killed in the January shooting in Tucson in which Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-Tucson) and 12 others were wounded.

The $160M ISTB4 is a 7-story building that will include collaboration rooms, meeting rooms and offices for faculty and administrators. There will also be lab space, which will contain 166 modules. Completion is expected by 2Q 2012.
