Arizona gasoline prices continue to drop

Gasoline prices at the pump around Arizona are lower for the third consecutive week.

Officials with Triple-A Arizona said Thursday that the average statewide price for unleaded regular gasoline is at $3.28 a gallon. That’s more than 3 cents lower than last week.

This week’s national average is at $3.35 per gallon, down by nearly 3 cents from the previous week.

Triple-A analysts say there’s “a very real possibility” that prices in parts of Arizona could be at or below $3 per gallon by year’s end.

Peoria has the lowest average gasoline price statewide at $3.19 a gallon while Flagstaff has the highest at $3.54.

South Carolina has the lowest average gas prices in the continental U.S. at $3.08 a gallon with California having the highest at $3.82 a gallon.

Low gasoline prices here for holiday weekend

Gasoline prices at the pump this Memorial Day holiday weekend will be at their lowest level in three years around Arizona.

Officials with Triple-A Arizona said Thursday that the average statewide price for unleaded regular gasoline is $3.45 a gallon. That’s up by less than a penny from last week.

This week’s national average is $3.65 per gallon, an increase of nearly 6 cents from last week.

Tucson has the lowest average gasoline price in Arizona at $3.18 a gallon while Flagstaff has the highest at $3.67.

South Carolina has the lowest average gas prices in the continental U.S. at $3.24 a gallon with North Dakota having the highest at $4.23 a gallon.

Arizona motorists are paying more at the pump for the second consecutive week.

Officials with Triple-A Arizona said Thursday that the average statewide price for unleaded regular gasoline is $3.12 a gallon. That’s nearly 4 cents higher than last week.

This week’s national average is $3.32 per gallon, down by almost 3 cents from last week.

Triple-A analysts say the price rise is typical for this time of year in Arizona as spring approaches and demand for gasoline starts to pick up.

Tucson has the lowest average gasoline price in Arizona at $2.94 a gallon while Flagstaff has the highest at $3.30.

Wyoming has the lowest average gas prices in the continental U.S. at $2.81 a gallon with New York having the highest at $3.72 a gallon.

Officials with Triple-A Arizona said Thursday that the average statewide price for unleaded regular gasoline is $3.05 a gallon. That’s down by more than 5 cents from last week and represents the lowest pump prices this year.

This week’s national average is $3.26 per gallon, up by more than 4 cents from last week.

Tucson has the lowest average gasoline price in Arizona at $2.87 a gallon while Flagstaff has the highest at $3.39.

Missouri has the lowest average gas prices in the continental U.S. at $3.00 a gallon with New York having the highest at $3.72 a gallon.

Officials with Triple-A Arizona said Thursday that the average statewide price for unleaded regular gasoline is $3.56 a gallon. That’s down by more than 6 cents from last week.

This week’s national average is $3.46 per gallon, a decrease of more than 4 cents from last week.

Tucson has the lowest average gasoline price in Arizona at $3.33 a gallon while Flagstaff has the highest at $3.80.

South Carolina has the lowest average gas prices in the continental U.S. at $3.13 a gallon with New York having the highest at $3.98 a gallon.

Mississippi and South Carolina both have the lowest average gas prices in the continental U.S. at $3.53 a gallon with California having the highest at $4.13 a gallon.
