The CORE Institute holding a job fair Thursday

Arizona’s largest orthopedic and neurology practice, The CORE Institute powered by Excellence Headquarters, is holding a job fair on Thursday, March 26, 2015 from 5:30 – 7:00 pm to fill open positions in the Contact Center.

The job fair will be held at The CORE Institute’s headquarters facility at 18444 N. 25th Ave., Suite 320, Phoenix, AZ 85023. No advance registration is required.  Job seekers are required to bring resumes and should be prepared for on-site interviews. Applicants are encouraged to dress for success.
Among the full-time positions to be filled for the Contact Center include Patient Care Coordinators for various shifts. A Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for answering incoming calls from patients/customers to schedule appointments, answer questions, handle concerns, troubleshoot problems and provide information.  Experience requirements are a minimum of one year Contact Center or Phone Customer Service experience, with one year medical scheduling background preferred.

Goodwill holds job fair in Tempe

Goodwill of Central Arizona is holding a job fair on Thursday, June 5 at the Embassy Suites Hotel, located at 4400 S. Rural Road in Tempe. The event will take place from noon to 4 p.m. with over 40 employers and nearly 1,400 available positions.

Companies such as State Farm, Banner Health, Safety Services, Mobile Mini, Global Tranz, CyraComm International, Pride Group, Job Examiner, Pro Em, Maricopa Community Colleges, Rescare Home Care, United States Postal Service and Revana.  They will be hiring for everything from entry level to skilled and professional, including customer service, retail, sales, healthcare and more.

“If you need to brush up on your interview or computer skills or create a resume, you can always stop by a Goodwill Career Center before attending the job fair,” said Joe Tuerff, director, business solutions at Goodwill.  “We have 21 Career Centers throughout the Valley. We’re an excellent resource for job seekers.”

All of Goodwill’s Career Centers are equipped with computers, printers, Internet   access, telephones, and fax machines to provide services at no cost to the community.  They also provide job search workshops, interviewing skills training, resume writing, intermediate computer training, and more.

Wells Fargo Hiring to Fill Jobs across Arizona

Wells Fargo, the third largest corporate employer in Arizona, today announced it will be participating in a job fair hosted by Arizona Department of Economic Security and Arizona Workforce Connections Expo at the Arizona State Fairgrounds on March 20.

The company has more than 200 positions available throughout the state.  Recruiters will be available to help qualified applicants explore available employment opportunities.  Opportunities are available for full- and part-time positions with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, and dental plans; 401(k) plan; paid time off (PTO); disability plans; life insurance options; tuition reimbursement; and many more benefits.  Candidates must be 18 years of age or older. Compensation is based on experience– and many of the positions are eligible to earn quarterly incentive pay based on performance.

GoDaddy looks to fill 200 jobs

In an effort to fill more than 200 job positions, web hosting provider GoDaddy announced on Friday it will host a career fair next week in Phoenix.

The move follows GoDaddy’s initiative last July to expand its staff at its Iowa customer service center by 300 employees.

The fair will be held on October 16 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Hilton Phoenix East/Mesa, located at 1011 W. Holmes Ave.

Among the positions GoDaddy is looking to fill are software developers, IT professionals, business-intelligence and customer-service representatives.

The job fair is just another indication of how rapidly GoDaddy is growing. The company was recently listed on the Inc. 5000 list, ranking at #2862, showing an 80 percent three-year growth rate and $894.3 million in revenue for 2011.

The Scottsdale-based hosting company has been revered for the overall quality of its workplace experience. In 2009, GoDaddy achieved its sixth consecutive listing among the “Valley’s Best Places to Work“.

One position that has yet to be filled for the long term is CEO. Former CEO Warren Adelman stepped down in June, with KKR Capstone executive Scott Wagner filling in for the interim while the board searches for a permanent CEO.
